Bakery Fair 2007 is a non-profit event organized by the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI).

It aims to bring together FCBAI bakery-member, allied members and other suppliers under one roof in the hope of forging stronger ties not only among the FCBAI members but also to prospective members as well as the consumers.

The available information of this significant event would create awareness in the baking industry toward bakery products’ quality improvements, production efficiencies and cost savings that would eventually boil down for better profitability in the baking business and making it a lucrative industry and will also generate more business.

I. An Actual Bread Baking competition will give highlights to Bakery Fair 2007 and will be presented in three categories such as:

a.French Bread
b.Laminated Dough (Danish/Croissant)
c. Decorative Bread (No yeast dough)


II. Likewise, a Wedding Cake Decorating Competition will be presented in two categories, Fondant and Boiled Icing Competition.

III. Technical Seminars/Product Presentation and actual baking demonstration of different suppliers will also be conducted during the event.

Supports from different government agencies and private associations, institutions and even international associations will be expected.
