FERNA TURTLE PIE
CUSTARD

| Oreo cookies, crushed |

| Butter, melted |

| All purpose flour |

| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
Pinch |
| Fresh eggs |

Toss together. Bake for 5 minutes then cool.
Freeze to set.
CARAMEL LAYER

| Brown sugar |

| Pecans, coarsely chopped |
1 1/4 cups |
| Butter, unsalted |
1/2 cup |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
Pinch |
| Cream |
3/4 cup |
Sautee pecans in butter till toasted. Add brown
sugar and FERNA IODIZED SALT. Cook till syrupy.
Add cream. Mix well. Cool. Pour into prepared
crust.
MOUSSE

| Bittersweet chocolate |
2 cups |
| Whipping cream |
6 tbsps. |
Melt chocolate over double boiler. Add warm
cream. Whisk well. Add the following:

| FERNA VANILLA LIQUID |

Cool. Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold into
ganache. Fill tart.
