| All-purpose flour, sifted |

PROCEDURE
Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring
to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour.
Return to heat and mix until mixture forms
into a ball. Transfer to mixing bowl. Beat
at low speed for 1 minute. Add the eggs, two
at a time. Check consistency. Add more eggs
if necessary. Pipe as desired. Bake in preheated
4250F oven or until done. Cool completely.
