FERNA EGG PIE
CRUST

| All purpose flour |

| FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE |
1/3 cup |
| White sugar |
¼ cup |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
½ tsp |
| Water |
1/3 cup |
PROCEDURE
1. Sift all dry ingredients 3X. Place it in
a bowl.
2. Add the FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER and mix. Gradually
add the water while mixing the butter into dry
ingredients.
3. After all ingredients are combined, knead
the dough and form into a ball shape.
4. Dust the working table w/ flour & place
the dough at the center. Using rolling pin,
flatten the dough until reaching the desired
thickness & diameter to fit the mould.
5. Place the flatten dough into the greased
& flour pie mould and remove the air in
between.
6. (Optional) Make a design at the edge of the
crust. Set aside.
FILLING

| Skim milk |
1 cup |
| Water |
1 ¾ cup |
| White Sugar |
¾ cup |
| Whole Eggs |
5 pcs. |
| FERNA VANILLA POWDER |
Pinch |
PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven 300°F for 30 minutes.
2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well,
using wire whisk.
Note: Remove all the lumps using strainer
3. Pour the prepared filling into the prepared
crust.
4. Bake at 300°F for 40-45 minutes.
