FERNA VANILLA LECHE FLAN

CUSTARD

Ingredients Quantity
Evaporated milk 3 cups
Condensed milk 1 cup
FERNA VANILLA CLEAR 2 tsps.
Egg yolks 6 pcs.
Eggs 3pcs.

CARAMEL

Ingredients Quantity
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Juice of calamansi 2
Sugar 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE
1. Prepare caramel. Line flan molds with caramel.
2. Mix all ingredients for custard strain.
3. Pour custard in prepared and caramel lined flan molds. Cover with foil and prick holes on top using a fork.
4. Baked bain marie for about 30-45 minutes or until set.
5. Unmold flan before serving.
