PROCEDURE
1. Prepare caramel. Line flan molds with caramel.
2. Mix all ingredients for custard strain.
3. Pour custard in prepared and caramel lined
flan molds. Cover with foil and prick holes
on top using a fork.
4. Baked bain marie for about 30-45 minutes
or until set.
5. Unmold flan before serving.
