FERNA STRAWBERRY JELL-FLAN

PROCEDURE
1. Dissolve FERNA UNFLAVORED
GELATINE in a 125 ml cold water. Set aside.
2. In sauce pan combine all the ingredients.
Using wooden spoon, stir to dissolve sugar then
add the gelatine mixture.
3. Heat in a low fire with constant stirring.
Be sure that gelatine is melted.
4. Pour into gelatine mold, let it cool and
chill.
