| FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE |
1/2 sachet or 5 grams |
| Hot water |
1 cup or 225 grams |
| Cold water |
1 cup or 225 grams |
PROCEDURE
1. Combine FERNA COFFEE FLAVORED GELATINE with
FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE. Sprinkle
over hot water for speedy absorption. Stir briskly
with a fork at least two minutes.
2. Add cold water and stir until gelatine completely
dissolves.
3. Pour over on rectangular container and put
it in the refrigerator for two hours or until
gelatine is set.
4. Slice into cubes.

TO ASSEMBLE
Scatter FERNA COFFEE FLAVORED GELATINE on plate.
Place three scoops of vanilla ice cream over
the prepared gelatine. Serve.
