FERNA CRISPY PIZZARITAS

| All purpose flour |
560 grams |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
2 tsps.. |
| FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR |
1/16 tsp. |
| White sugar |
2 tbsps. |
| EAGLE INSTANT DRY YEAST |
2 1/2 tsps. |
| Butter, melted |
1/4 cup |
| Water |
1 cup + 2 tbsps. |
PROCEDURE
1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.
Add melted butter add enough water to mix soft
dough. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes until dough
is smooth and elastic.
2. Cover with plastic and leave in a warm place
for 45 minutes to rise or until double in size.
3. Cut into 100g portions. Form into balls cover
with plastic and rest for 5 minutes.
4. Flatten each dough into the desired thickness
and pierce the dough with a fork. Then cut into
squares or 3-inch round. Place in a cookie sheet.
Bake at 1500C for 10 minutes or until golden
brown and crispy. Let it cool.
