FERNA CRISPY PIZZARITAS

Ingredients Quantity
All purpose flour 560 grams
FERNA IODIZED SALT 2 tsps..
FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR 1/16 tsp.
White sugar 2 tbsps.
EAGLE INSTANT DRY YEAST 2 1/2 tsps.
Butter, melted 1/4 cup
Water 1 cup + 2 tbsps.

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Add melted butter add enough water to mix soft dough. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic.
2. Cover with plastic and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to rise or until double in size.
3. Cut into 100g portions. Form into balls cover with plastic and rest for 5 minutes.
4. Flatten each dough into the desired thickness and pierce the dough with a fork. Then cut into squares or 3-inch round. Place in a cookie sheet. Bake at 1500C for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let it cool.
