FERNA COOKIES AND CREAM JELLY SHAKE

| *FERNA ALMOND FLAVORED GELATINE, cubes* |

PROCEDURE
1. Put hot water into the blender then the FERNA
COOKIES N CREAM FLAVORED SHAKE POWDER, blend
until it dissolves.
2. Put crushed ice and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 16oz. Glass and topped with FERNA
ALMOND FLAVORED GELATINE.
4. Serve with straw.
*How to prepare FERNA ALMOND
FLAVORED GELATINE*

1 pack or 100 grams |
| FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE |
1/2 sachet or 5 grams |
| Hot water |
1 cup or 225 grams |
| Cold water |
1 cup or 225 grams |
PROCEDURE
1. Combine FERNA ALMOND FLAVORED GELATINE with
FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE. Sprinkle
over hot water for speedy absorption. Stir briskly
with a fork at least two minutes.
2. Add cold water and stir until gelatine completely
dissolves.
3. Pour over on rectangular container and put
it in the refrigerator for two hours or gelatine
is set.
4. Slice into cubes.
