FERNA CHOCOLATE ALMOND LAYERED GELATINE


CHOCOLATE GELATINE

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA CHOCOLATE FLAVORED GELATINE 1 pack
Hot water 1 cup
Cold water 1 cup

PROCEDURE
1. Sprinkle FERNA CHOCOLATE FLAVORED GELATINE over hot water for speedy absorption. Stir briskly with a fork for at least two minutes.
2. Add cold water and stir until gelatine completely dissolves.
3. Set aside the mixture for assembly.

ALMOND GELATINE

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA ALMOND FLAVORED GELATINE 1 pack
Hot water 3/4 cup
Cold Fresh milk 1 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE
1. Sprinkle FERNA ALMOND FLAVORED GELATINE over hot water for speedy absorption. Stir briskly with a fork for at least two minutes.
2. Add cold fresh milk and stir until gelatine completely dissolves.
3. Set aside the mixture for assembly.

To assemble the FERNA CHOCOLATE ALMOND LAYERED GELATINE:
1. Prepare a tall glass.
2. Pour over a desired amount of almond gelatine mixture and put it in the refrigerator for two hours or until gelatine is set.
3. On the same glass, pour over a desired amount of chocolate gelatine mixture and put it in the refrigerator for two hours or until gelatine is set.
4. Repeat procedure #2 and 3 until you reach 1/2 inch below the brim.
5. Garnish/top with whipped cream. (Optional)
