FERNA BACON AND ONION DIP

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE 1 tsp.
Hot water 20 ml (1 tbsp.)
White onions, chopped 180 grams ( 1 1/2 cups)
Bacon, chopped 2 slices
Oil Enough for frying
All purpose cream 250 ml
Mayonnaise 40 ml (2 tbsps.)
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/4 tsp.

PROCEDURE
1. Add FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE to hot water and stir briskly with a fork until dissolved.
2. Fry onion and ham in a small amount of oil or butter until cooked.
3. Place all purpose cream, mayonnaise, bacon, onion, FERNA IODIZED SALT and gelatine solution in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Refrigerate until thickened.
5. Serve with FERNA CRISPY PIZZARITAS.

Yield: approx. 60 pcs. round
