FERNA BACON AND ONION DIP

| FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE |

| Hot water |
20 ml (1 tbsp.) |
| White onions, chopped |
180 grams ( 1 1/2 cups) |
| Bacon, chopped |
2 slices |
| Oil |
Enough for frying |
| All purpose cream |
250 ml |
| Mayonnaise |
40 ml (2 tbsps.) |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
1/4 tsp. |
PROCEDURE
1. Add FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE
to hot water and stir briskly with a fork until
dissolved.
2. Fry onion and ham in a small amount of oil
or butter until cooked.
3. Place all purpose cream, mayonnaise, bacon,
onion, FERNA IODIZED SALT and gelatine solution
in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Refrigerate until thickened.
5. Serve with FERNA CRISPY PIZZARITAS.
