FERNA UBE ESPASOL

 

Ingredients Quality
Malagkit rice flour 2 cups
Coconut milk 1¾ cups
White sugar ¾ cup
FERNA PRIMERA UBE FLAVOCOL 2 tsps.
FERNA IODIZED SALT ¼ tsp.

PROCEDURE
1. Toast malagkit rice flour in wok until light brown in color. Cool. Set aside ½ cup.
2. Combine coconut milk and sugar in a cooking pot. Boil. Lower flame to simmering.
3. Add FERNA PRIMERA UBE FLAVOCOL and FERNA IODIZED SALT to coconut milk mixture.
4. Add malagkit rice flour all at once and stir continuously. Mixture will at once become thick. Continue stirring until mixture becomes quite dry.
