PROCEDURE
1. Prepare the steamer. Make sure the steamer
is big enough to accommodate the baking pan.
1. Line 9-inch round pan with waxed paper.
2. In a clean bowl, combine all ingredients
and mix very well.
3. Strain batter into the prepared pan.
4. Place the pan in the steamer, cover and steam
for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted
into the center comes out clean.
