FERNA PULVORON


Ingredients Quantity
All Purpose Flour 2 cups
Refined sugar 3/4 cup
Powdered milk 1/2 cup
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/2 tsp.
Non refrigerated margarine 1/2 cup
FERNA PRIMERA LANGKA FLAVOCOL 1/2 tsp.

Other Flavor options:
FERNA PRIMERA UBE FLAVOCOL 2 1/2 tsps. To 1 tbsp.
FERNA PRIMERA PANDAN FLAVOCOL 2 1/2 tsps. To 1 tbsp.
FERNA VANILLA POWDER 1/2 tsp.

PROCEDURE
1. Toast all-purpose flour until light brown. Add powdered milk, FERNA IODIZED SALT, margarine and mix evenly.
2. Add FERNA PRIMERA LANGKA FLAVOCOL to sugar and mix evenly. Add to the flour mixture. Note: Be sure that sugar mixture is well blended for flavor distribution.
3. Put in a flat container and mold by pulvoron molder.
Wrap the molded pulvoron in cellophane.
