FERNA PICHI-PICHI


Ingredients Quantity
Cassava, finely grated 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, melted ¼ cup
FERNA PINK LIQUID COLOR as desired
Mature coconut, grated 1 piece
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, for greasing  

Other FERNA LIQUID COLOR options:
FERNA GREEN LIQUID COLOR
FERNA LEMON YELLOW LIQUID COLOR
FERNA VIOLET LIQUID COLOR

PROCEDURE
1. Combine grated cassava, sugar, coconut milk, melted FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and FERNA PINK LIQUID COLOR.
2. Mix all ingredients together until incorporated.
3. Prepare muffin pans greased with FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE.
4. Steam for 30-40 minutes.
5. Serve topped with grated coconut.
