FERNA RANGER CRISPIES

| FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE |

| Shortening |
1/3 cup |
| Fresh eggs |

| All purpose flour |
2 1/4 cups |
| FERNA BAKING POWDER |
1 tsp. |
| FERNA BAKING SODA |
1 tsp. |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
1 tsp. |
| FERNA VANILLA POWDER |
1/4 tsp. |
| Rice crispy cereal |
3 cups |
PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 3750F. Lightly grease cookie
sheets.
2. In a large bowl; combine sugar, FERNA BUTTINA
BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and shortening; beat until
light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend well.
3. Combine all dry ingredients and add to the
creamed mixture then stir in cereal.
4. Drop the dough by using ice cream scooper
# 26, 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Note: In case there's no ice cream scooper,
you may use teaspoon.
5. Bake at 3750F for 8 to 10 minutes or until
golden brown. Cool for 1 minute then remove
from cookie sheets.
