FERNA PASENCIA

Ingredients Quantity
White Sugar 200 grams
Cake Flour 250 grams
FERNA BAKING POWDER 7 grams
Eggs, fresh 2 pcs
Water 50 grams
FERNA VANILLA POWDER pinch

PROCEDURE
1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Grease a large baking sheet
3.In the mixing bowl, beat the eggs well, gradually add sugar and beat until the
mixture is thick and pale yellow.
4.Sift all the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture, by using spatula, until
dry ingredients are incorporated.
5.Using #9 round tip, pipe a small dot in the prepared baking sheet and set aside
for 30 minutes.
6.Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
7.Cool and store in airtight containers.
