FERNA ORANGE MADELEINE

Ingredients Quantity
Whole eggs, large 3 pcs.
Sugar 180 grams
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/4 tsp.
FERNA PRIMERA ORANGE FLAVOCOL 2-3 tsps.
FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, melted and cooled 150 grams
All purpose flour, sifted 165 grams

PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 3750F. Grease and flour madeleine molds. Set aside.
2. Whisk eggs, sugar, FERNA IODIZED SALT and FERNA PRIMERA ORANGE FLAVOCOL until light.
3. Fold in flour alternately with FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE.
4. Spoon batter into prepared molds, about two-thirds to three-fourths full.
5. Bake for at least 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely. Store in airtight tins.
