FERNA LADY FINGER

PROCEDURE
1.Pre-heat oven to 400°F
2.Grease a large baking tray and dust with flour.
Set aside.
3.Whip egg whites with salt at medium speed
until frothy.
4.Gradually add the sugar beat until stiff.
Set aside.
5.Beat egg yolks and vanilla powder. Sift dry
ingredients and fold into the egg
yolk mixture then fold into egg white mixture.
6.Pipe into prepared baking sheets like a lady
finger shape.
7.Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Bake at
400°F for 10-15 minutes.
8.Cool and pack into an airtight container.
