FERNA FLAVORED LENGUA DE GATO

Ingredient Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/2 cup
White sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsps.
Whole eggs 2 pcs.
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/2 tsp.
FERNA PRIMERA STRAWBERRY FLAVOCOL 1 tbsp.

PROCEDURE
1. Cream FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and sugar until fluffy. Add FERNA PRIMERA STRAWBERRY FLAVOCOL. Blend well.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Sift flour and FERNA IODIZED SALT three times. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well.
4. Put the batter in a piping bag with 1/2 inch round icing tip.
5. Pipe out mounds of dough on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 3500F for 15 minutes or until done.

Yield: 120 pcs. X (1x2.5 inch)
