FERNA CHOCOLATE SNICKER DOODLE

| Cinnamon powder |

PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 3500F for 30 minutes. In
mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and FERNA
BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE; beat until light
and fluffy.
2. Add FERNA VANILLA LIQUID and eggs; blend
well.
3. Add flour, FERNA CREAM OF TARTAR, FERNA BAKING
SODA, FERNA COCOA POWDER and FERNA IODIZED SALT;
mix well.
4. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp. of sugar
and cinnamon powder. Shape dough into 1-inch
balls; roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place
2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 3500F for 8 to 10 minutes or until
set.
