FERNA CHOCO CRINKLES

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup
White sugar 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup + 1 tsp.
Eggs 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps.
All purpose flour 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.
FERNA COCOA POWDER 1 cup
FERNA BAKING POWDER 1/2 tsp.
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/4 tsp.
Skim milk powder 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp.
FERNA VANILLA LIQUID 1 tsp.
FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE 1 3/4 tsps.

PROCEDURE
1. Sift flour, FERNA COCOA POWDER, FERNA BAKING POWDER, FERNA IODIZED SALT and skim milk powder three times. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, sugars, FERNA VANILLA LIQUID and FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE. Cream until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
5. Roll tablespoonful of mixture in powdered sugar.
6. Bake at 4000F for 5 to 7 minutes.
