FERNA CHOCO CRINKLES

1/4 cup + 2 tbsps. |
| All purpose flour |
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. |
| FERNA COCOA POWDER |
1 cup |
| FERNA BAKING POWDER |
1/2 tsp. |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
1/4 tsp. |
| Skim milk powder |
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. |
| FERNA VANILLA LIQUID |
1 tsp. |
| FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE |
1 3/4 tsps. |
PROCEDURE
1. Sift flour, FERNA COCOA POWDER, FERNA BAKING
POWDER, FERNA IODIZED SALT and skim milk powder
three times. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE,
sugars, FERNA VANILLA LIQUID and FERNA LIQUID
GLUCOSE. Cream until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the
creamed mixture.
5. Roll tablespoonful of mixture in powdered
sugar.
6. Bake at 4000F for 5 to 7 minutes.
