FERNA CHOCOLATE CHIP YOGURT COOKIES

Ingredients Quantity
White Sugar 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup
Shortening 1/4 cup
Non-fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup
FERNA PRIMERA VANILLA CONCENTRATE 1 1/2 tsps.
All-purpose flour 1 3/4 cups
FERNA BAKING SODA 1/2 tsp.
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/2 tsp.
Chocolate chips or carob chips 1/2 cup
FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE 1tsp.


PROCEDURE
1. Heat oven to 3750F.
2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE, FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and shortening; beat until light and fluffy. Add yogurt and FERNA PRIMERA VANILLA CONCENTRATE; blend well. Stir in flour, FERNA BAKING SODA and FERNA IODIZED SALT; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake at 3750F for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
