FERNA CHOCOLATE CHIP YOGURT COOKIES

| Non-fat plain yogurt |

| FERNA PRIMERA VANILLA CONCENTRATE |
1 1/2 tsps. |
| All-purpose flour |
1 3/4 cups |
| FERNA BAKING SODA |
1/2 tsp. |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
1/2 tsp. |
| Chocolate chips or carob chips |
1/2 cup |
| FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE |
1tsp. |
PROCEDURE
1. Heat oven to 3750F.
2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, white
sugar, FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE, FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER
SUBSTITUTE and shortening; beat until light
and fluffy. Add yogurt and FERNA PRIMERA VANILLA
CONCENTRATE; blend well. Stir in flour, FERNA
BAKING SODA and FERNA IODIZED SALT; mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches
apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake at 3750F for 8 to 12 minutes or until
light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from
cookie sheets.
