FERNA CHIPS AHOY

| White sugar |

| FERNA baking powder |

| Amoniaco |
2 grams |
| FERNA buttina butter substitute |
135 grams |
| Choco chips |
100 grams |
:PROCEDURE
1. Thoroughly grease a baking tray. Preheat
oven to 375°F for 30 minutes.
2. Cream together the sugar & Ferna buttina
butter substitute. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Sift all dry ingredients. Add the flour mixture
to the sugar mixture & mix well.
4. Stir the choco chips into the cookie dough
mixture.
5. Scoop teaspoonfuls of dough onto the baking
sheet about two inches a part. Bake
at 375°F for 12 minutes or until slightly
brown in color. Cool on a rack & store in
airtight container. Makes 4 dozen.
