FERNA CHIPS AHOY

Ingredients Quantity
3rd class flour 500 grams
Skim milk 40 grams
Whole eggs 150 grams
White sugar 300 grams
FERNA baking powder 5 grams
Amoniaco 2 grams
FERNA buttina butter substitute 135 grams
Choco chips 100 grams

:PROCEDURE
1. Thoroughly grease a baking tray. Preheat oven to 375°F for 30 minutes.
2. Cream together the sugar & Ferna buttina butter substitute. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Sift all dry ingredients. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture & mix well.
4. Stir the choco chips into the cookie dough mixture.
5. Scoop teaspoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet about two inches a part. Bake
at 375°F for 12 minutes or until slightly brown in color. Cool on a rack & store in airtight container. Makes 4 dozen.
