PROCEDURE
1.Pre-heat oven to 375°F
2.Grease a large baking tray and dust with flour.
Set aside.
3.In the mixing bowl beat the eggs well. Gradually
add the sugar until the
mixture is thick and pale yellow.
4.Sift all dry ingredients (3 times) add to
the egg mixture (by using spatula) stir
until dry ingredients are incorporated.
5.Pipe into the prepared baking sheet like in
broas shape.
6.Bake at 375°F for about 10-15 minutes.
7.Cool and store in air tight containers.
