FERNA UBE PANDAN MACAROONS
CAKE

Ingredients Quantity
Coconut flakes or dessicated coconut 4 cups
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Eggs 4 pieces
Condensed milk 1 1/2 cups
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 3 tbsps.
FERNA CREAMY PANDAN FLAVOR 1 tsp.
FERNA APPLE GREEN POWDER COLOR Pinch
Ube jam or ube jalaya, for garnish  
Sweetened macapuno strings, for garnish  
White small paper cups  


 

 

 

 

 

 

PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 3250F.
2. In a bowl, mix by hand eggs, condensed milk, FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, FERNA CREAMY PANDAN FLAVOR and pinch of FERNA APPLE GREEN POWDER COLOR.
3. Fold in coconut flakes and flour.
4. Gently spoon in macaroon molds lined with paper cups.
5. Bake until set for about 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Garnish on top with ube jam and macapuno strings.
Set aside and prepare graham crust.
