FERNA ROLLED FONDANT

| FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE |

| Glycerine |

| Shortening |

| Confectioner’s sugar |
2 pounds |
| As desired FERNA PRIMERA POWDER COLOR |

PROCEDURE
Put FERNA CLEAR & UNFLAVORED GELATINE and
water in a small glass container in a small
pan of boiling water. Leave the gelatine until
softened, then stir until dissolves. Add FERNA
LIQUID GLUCOSE and glycerine. Stir over low
heat until well blended. Add shortening. Make
a well in the center of the confectioner’s
sugar. Pour liquid mixture into the center of
the well. Stir with wooden spoon, and then mix
with hands and until smooth. Dust the table
and rolling pin with cornstarch to roll fondant.
