FERNA COLORED FONDANT CHOCOLATE (NO COOK)

FERNA PRIMERA POWDER COLOR Options:
FERNA PRIMERA APPLE GREEN POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA CHOCOLATE BROWN POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA LEMON YELLOW POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA ORANGE POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA STRAWBERRY RED POWDER COLOR
FERNA PRIMERA VIOLET UBE POWDER COLOR
PROCEDURE
1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
2. Combine the refrigerated margarine, 4 cups
powdered sugar and condensed milk in a large
bowl. Mix well. Add the FERNA VANILLA LIQUID
and FERNA IODIZED SALT.
3. Add remaining powdered sugar gradually with
a wooden spoon. Knead mixture to blend.
4. Add FERNA PRIMERA POWDER COLORS of your choice
and as desired quantity.
5. With clean buttered hands, form dough into
small balls and place on the prepared pan. Allow
to set at least 2 hours.
6. Dip the fondant into melted chocolate. Place
on the cookie sheet. Allow to set at room temperature.
(Option: Drizzle with melted chocolate on top
of fondant.)
NOTE: Above recipe can be divided into 3 or
4 portions and each one colored differently.
