FERNA TIRE BREAD

Ingredients Quantity
1st class flour 3 3/4 cups 500 grams
3rd class flour 2 cups 250 grams
EAGLE INSTANT DRY YEAST 2 tbsps. 12 grams
FERNA IODIZED SALT 2 tsps. 10 grams
Powder milk 1/8 cups 18.25 grams
Bread improver 1 tsp. 5 grams
Water 3/4 cup 150 grams
Refined Sugar 3/4 cup 150 grams
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup 44 grams
FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR 1/16 tsp. 0.23 grams
FERNA CALCIUM PROPIONATE 1 1/4 tsp. 2.25 grams

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Knead until gluten is fully developed.
3. Rest for 10 minutes.
4. Cut into desired weight.
5. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
