1/4 cup 44 grams |
| FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR |
1/16 tsp. 0.23 grams |
| FERNA CALCIUM PROPIONATE |

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all ingredients
in a mixing bowl.
2. Knead until gluten is fully developed.
3. Rest for 10 minutes.
4. Cut into desired weight.
5. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
