FERNA PINEAPPLE-BANANA LOAF

Ingredients Quantity
Bread flour 250 grams
Refined sugar 150 grams
FERNA BAKING POWDER 12 grams
FERNA BAKING SODA 2 grams
FERNA IODIZED SALT 2 grams
FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR 1/8 tsp.
FERNA PINEAPPLE FLAVOR 2 grams
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 75 grams
Eggs 2 pcs
Mashed banana 300 grams
Water 75 grams

PROCEDURE
1. Grease and flour three - 4"x2"x7" pan. Set aside.
2. Sift all dry ingredients three times. In a mixing bowl, combine sifted ingredients and FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, mix for 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and continue mixing.
3. Add water, mashed bananas, and FERNA PINEAPPLE FLAVOR. Mix well.
4. Knead until gluten is fully developed.
5. Divide dough into 300-g portions and place into prepared pans. Proof until double in bulk.
6. Bake at a preheated 360-370°F oven for 30 minutes or until done.
7. Transfer baked bread on cooling rack. Slice.
