FILLING

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all dough ingredients and knead for
8 minutes or until gluten is fully developed.
Rest for 1 hour.
2. In a heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, flour,
evaporated milk and FERNA PRIMERA UBE FLAVOCOL.
Cook until slightly thick then add the beaten
egg. Cook until mixture coats the spoon.
3. Cut dough into desired weight. Using a rolling
pin, flatten the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
Spread about 1 tablespoon ube filling then roll
