FERNA HONEY BREAD

Ingredients Quantity
All purpose flour 6 1/2 cups
EAGLE INSTANT DRY YEAST 2 1/2 cups
Water 1 cup
Refined Sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tbsps.
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/2 cup
Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsps.
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1 1/2 tsps.
Egg yolks 2 pcs.
Whole eggs 2 pcs.

PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes or until gluten is fully developed.
2. Rest for 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Cut the dough into 400-g portions. Shape into loaves.
5. Place in greased loaf pans.
6. Rest for another 1 - 1 1/2 hours and bake for 30-45 minutes or until done.


Yield: 3 loaves x 400 grams
