| Refined Sugar |

| FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE

1/2 cup |
| Evaporated milk |
1/2 cup |
| Honey |
2 tbsps. |
| FERNA IODIZED SALT |
1 1/2 tsps. |
| Egg yolks |
2 pcs. |
| Whole eggs |
2 pcs. |
PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes
or until gluten is fully developed.
2. Rest for 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Cut the dough into 400-g portions. Shape
into loaves.
5. Place in greased loaf pans.
6. Rest for another 1 - 1 1/2 hours and bake
for 30-45 minutes or until done.
Yield: 3 loaves x 400 grams
