FERNA CHEESE ROLL

PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredients for
minutes or until gluten is fully developed.
2. Rest for 1 hour.
3. Slice cheese into 1x3x1/8 inch.
4. Flatten each dough & place a slice cheese
at the center and fold into 3. Place into grease
baking pan.
5. Do the same to the remaining dough.
6. Proof for 1 ½ hour. Brush with egg
wash mixture.
Note: egg wash mixture
1 pc egg white
1 tbsp. evaporated milk
7. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
