FERNA CHEESE BALL

Ingredients Quantity
1st class flour 3 3/4 cups, 500 grams
3rd class flour 2 cups, 250 grams
EAGLE INSTANT DRY YEAST 2 1/2 tsps., 7.5 grams
FERNA IODIZED SALT 2 tsps., 9 grams
Powder milk 1/8 cup, 18.25 grams
Bread improver 1 tsp., 5 grams
Sugar 3/4 cup, 150 grams
FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR 1/16 tsp., 0.23 grams
Water 1 1/4 cups, 300 grams
FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup, 44 grams
FERNA PRIMERA CHEESE FLAVOR 1/2 tsp., 2.5 grams
FERNA PRIMERA ANTI-AMAG 1 1/4 tsps., 2.25 grams

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all ingredients and knead for at least 8 minutes.
2. Cut into desired weight and shape
3. Briefly dip each piece in water and then roll in prepared breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and proof for at least 1 1/2 hours.
5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.


CHEESE CRUMBS

Ingredients Quantity
Refined sugar 1/2 cup, 100 grams
FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/2 cup, 80 grams
Powder milk 3/4 cup, 100 grams
FERNA PRIMERA CHEESE FLAVOR 1 tsp., 3.5 grams
3rd class flour 3/4 cup, 100 grams
FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR 1/16 tsp., 0.23 grams

1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
