| Bread improver |
1 tsp., 5 grams |
| Sugar |
3/4 cup, 150 grams |
| FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR

1/16 tsp., 0.23 grams |
| Water |
1 1/4 cups, 300 grams |
| FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE |
1/4 cup, 44 grams |
| FERNA PRIMERA CHEESE FLAVOR |
1/2 tsp., 2.5 grams |
| FERNA PRIMERA ANTI-AMAG |
1 1/4 tsps., 2.25 grams |
PROCEDURE
1. Combine all ingredients and knead for at
least 8 minutes.
2. Cut into desired weight and shape
3. Briefly dip each piece in water and then
roll in prepared breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and proof
for at least 1 1/2 hours.
5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
