FERNA BRAIDED CHEESE ROLLS

| FERNA IODIZED SALT |

| FERNA EGG YELLOW POWDER COLOR |
1/8-1/4 tsp. |
| Egg yolks |
7 pcs. |
| Corn or vegetable oil |
3 tbsps. |
| Bread flour |
450-500 grams |
| FERNA PRIMERA CHEESE FLAVOR |
1 1/8 tsps. |
| Egg wash for glazing |

| FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE,
for brushing |

PROCEDURE:
1. Disperse yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar,
whisk to dissolve. Allow to ferment for 5-10
minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, knead well.
Ferment until double, for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
3. Braid as desired. Proof until double.
4. Brush lightly with egg wash.
5. Bake at a pre-heated 375-400°F oven for
20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in
pan.
6. Brush with FERNA MASINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE.
