FERNA BANANA LOAF

| FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE |
75 grams |
| Fresh eggs |
2 grams |
| Water |

ROCEDURE
1. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. In a mixing
bowl, combine sifted ingredients and FERNA BUTTINA
BUTTER SUBSTITUTE. Mix for 2 minutes. Add the
eggs one at a time, continue mixing.
2. Add water and mashed banana mix until well
blended.
3. Pour mixture (approx. 300g) on a 4"
x 2" x 7" greased and floured loaf
pan.
4. Baked at preheated oven (360-3700F) for 30
minutes.
5. Remove from pan. Slice when cool.
