FERNA SPICY BANANA BARS

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup
Banana (lakatan), ripe and mashed 2 pcs.
Milk 1/4 cup
Fresh egg 1 piece
All purpose flour 2 cups
White sugar 3/4 cup
FERNA BAKING POWDER 1/2 tsp.
FERNA IODIZED SALT 1/2 tsp.
FERNA BAKING SODA 1/4 tsp.
Cinnamon 3/4 tsp.
All spice 1/4 tsp.
Walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup
Banana chips 1 pack
Powdered sugar  
Whipped cream  

PROCEDURE
1. Heat oven to 3500F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and bananas. Blend well.
2. Add milk and egg beat well. Add remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup walnuts. Spread in the baking pan and top with remaining nuts.
3. Bake at 3500F for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Decorate with powdered sugar, whipped cream and banana chips.
