FERNA PEANUT BROWNIES

Ingredients Quantity
All purpose flour 2 cups
White Sugar 2 cups
FERNA Cocoa Powder ½ cup
FERNA CHOCOLATE FLAVOR 1 ½ tsp
FERNA CHOCO BROWN COLOR 1 ¾ tsp
Coarse Peanuts ½ cup
Refrigerated Margarine 1 cup
FERNA Glucose ½ cup
Eggs 4 pcs.

PROCEDURE
1. Sift all dry ingredients 3 times except peanuts. Set aside.
2. Melt refrigerated margarine & FERNA GLUCOSE in a sauce pan over low fire. Set aside.
3. Beat the eggs, pour the flour mix then the melted glucose and until totally mixed. Add the ¼ cup of peanuts. Set aside the other half for topping.
4. Pour the batter into a 8x14x2 inches paper lined and greased pan. Flatten evenly the batter then sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
5. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
6. Cool for 5 minutes and remove brownies upside down and remove the paper underneath the brownies. Let it cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
