FERNA GOURMET LEMON BROWNIES

FILLING

Ingredients Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) pack
Sugar 1/4 cup
Eggs, medium 1 piece
FERNA PRIMERA LEMON FLAVOCOL 1 1/2 tsps.


BROWNIES

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1/2 cup
Semi-sweet chocolate, cut into pieces 3 oz.
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
FERNA VANILLA POWDER 1/16 tsp.
Eggs, medium 3 pieces
Water 2 tbsps.
All purpose flour 3/4 cup


FROSTING

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 1 1/2 tbsps.
FERNA LIGHT CORN SYRUP 2 tbsps.
Water 3 tbsps.
Semi-sweet chocolate, cut into pieces 2 oz.
FERNA VANILLA POWDER 1/32 tsp.
Powdered sugar 1 cup

PROCEDURE
1. Heat oven to 3500F. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar; beat until smooth. Add 1 egg and FERNA PRIMERA LEMON FLAVOCOL; mix well. Set aside.
2. In large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE and 3 oz. chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes or until slightly cooled. Stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/16 tsp. FERNA VANILLA POWDER and water. Add eggs
