FERNA FUDGY BROWNIES

Ingredients Quantity
FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE 3/4 cup
White sugar 3 cups
Whole eggs 6 pcs.
All-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
FERNA COCOA POWDER 1 cup
FERNA VANILLA LIQUID 2 tsps.
FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE 1/4 cup
Peanuts, toasted & coarsely chopped 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE
1. Cream FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE, sugar and FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE until light. Add eggs one at a time. Add in FERNA VANILLA LIQUID. Beat until fluffy.
2. Sift together flour and FERNA COCOA POWDER three times. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well.
3. Pour batter into a 12x16x1-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top if desired.
4. Bake at 3500F for about 25-30 minutes or until tester inserted comes out with few moist crumbs.
