FERNA FUDGY BROWNIES

| FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE |

| White sugar |

| Whole eggs |

| All-purpose flour |

| FERNA COCOA POWDER |

| FERNA VANILLA LIQUID |
2 tsps. |
| FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE |
1/4 cup |
| Peanuts, toasted & coarsely chopped

PROCEDURE
1. Cream FERNA BUTTINA BUTTER
SUBSTITUTE, sugar and FERNA LIQUID GLUCOSE until
light. Add eggs one at a time. Add in FERNA
VANILLA LIQUID. Beat until fluffy.
2. Sift together flour and FERNA COCOA POWDER
three times. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well.
3. Pour batter into a 12x16x1-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top if desired.
4. Bake at 3500F for about 25-30 minutes or
until tester inserted comes out with few moist
crumbs.
