FERNA LIQUID FLAVORS

In wide range of flavorful varieties that almost capture natural-based flavors' taste quality and appeal

They have proven stability in cakes and other baked products at about 0.30% of the batter weight. They work just as well in beverages, confectioneries, fillings and desserts, including ice cream and sherbets starting at 0.10 to 0.30%.

Available Flavors: Banana, Buko Pandan, Chocolate, Creamy Pandan, Coffee-Mocha, Lemon, Orange, Pandan Flavocol, Pineapple, Strawberry, Vanilla Liquid, Ube, Vanilla Clear, Ube Flavocol

FERNA PRIMERA FLAVOCOL

Authentic blends of food grade "FLAVOCOL- flavor and color in one" products that will surely satisfy your strictest requirements at very economical prices.

In wide range of high-quality flavors and colors that allows you to choose from such mouth-watering choices as berries and citruses including STRAWBERRY and LEMON, to exotic tropical varieties such as DURIAN

Perfect in making yema, cream fillings, ice cream & other frozen desserts, cakes, breads, cookies and other baked products

Generally recommended for use starting at 0.50% for DURIAN and 1-2% based on total weight of ingredients for the rest of PRIMERA Flavocols; baked products at 2-9% based on flour weight.

FERNA VANILLA POWDER

A cost-effective HEAT STABLE Vanillin replacer (flavor enhancer) that has the specially formulated characteristic smell of Vanillin and has a well-rounded, creamy butter-vanilla note.

Exhibits better handling properties as it can be easily incorporated in dry blends and thereby, speeding-up the premixing process resulting in more production output

Ideal for cakes, biscuits, ice creams, toffees, and caramel candies at 0.05-0.15%; in cream fillings, milk shakes and chocolate drinks use about 0.05-0.09% based on total weight of ingredients
