FERNA VANILLA POWDER

A cost-effective HEAT STABLE Vanillin
replacer (flavor enhancer) that has
the specially formulated characteristic
smell of Vanillin and has a well-rounded,
creamy butter-vanilla note.
Exhibits better handling properties
as it can be easily incorporated in
dry blends and thereby, speeding-up
the premixing process resulting in more
production output
Ideal for cakes, biscuits, ice creams,
toffees, and caramel candies at 0.05-0.15%;
in cream fillings, milk shakes and chocolate
drinks use about 0.05-0.09% based on
total weight of ingredients
