Efficient coloring agents that can be used in batters and doughs starting at 0.10 to 0.20% usage level (based on total weight of ingredients) Colors range from primary to custom-blend EGG YELLOW, CHOCO BROWN, VIOLET and PINK Excellent for butter cream and fondant icings, and cream fillings including candy cream fillings at optimum usage of 0.10% based on total weight of ingredients. These FERNA LIQUID COLORS are also recommended for ice creams, juices & other beverages. At optimum usage level of 0.25 to 0.35% of total ingredients, they create a delightful appeal to rainbow loaf bread.
