The FCBAI invites all interested individuals (bakers, chefs, students, etc.) to join and decorate this (pre-done) cake decorating contest and get the chance to be among the top 3 winners for each category: FONDANT, BOILED ICING & SUGAR ARTS. It’s also an opportunity to be featured during the Bakery Fair 2009 on February 19-21, 2009 at the World Trade Center, Manila.
